Weekly Photo Challenge: Resolved

Even though I’ve never planned to visit Madura island or pass through Suramadu Bridge since it was opened for public in 2009, I was given the opportunity to see the great construction back in June 2012. Suramadu crosses Madura strait to connects two islands–Java and Madura–and is the longest bridge in Indonesia.

I guess the night view of the bridge would be quite spectacular but unfortunately we went back to Surabaya at noon so I give you the picture of Jalesveva Jayamahe monument instead. hehehehe…

  1. Saya belum pernah nyebrang ke Madura lewat jembatan Surmadu, baru sempet makan bakso di pinggir sisi Surabaya. Kapan-kapan pingin lagi ke sana

  2. pernah nyeberang pas malem-malem. Luar biasa Jembatan ini. Ngelihat di google maps selama nyeberang langsung gemeteran sendiri. Takut pas nyampe tengah ternyata penahannya putus..
